Strength Block One
​
6 Week Strength Block, broken down into 3 sub-blocks based of combining the tried and tested science of triphasic training to improve speed and power while implementing fundamental barbell movements to further develop strength and motor skills.

Strength Block Two
​
For the second strength block, we push forward to further strengthen each component of compound moves with some bodybuilding and weightlifting moves littered throughout.
