We have put together the best of our programs encompassing all the aspects of fitness racing
The five sessions a week will take you through all of the energy systems, whilst keeping the interest level high. including workouts to improve technique, from the most basic moves, up to high level gymnastics and Olympic lifts.
We have kept the sessions short but effective, we believe in this tested method of quality over volume.
You will find this program both challenging yet highly rewarding when followed correctly.
We understand training to perform can be very time consuming, which ultimately becomes stressful when session criteria isn't met. We at Gibson&Collins have in depth tested this programming with more manageable time frames spent in the gym. This approach has proven to have great results when developing athletes.
